What We Do

ETR Business is a brand new and unique project that combines the worlds of team coaching and escape rooms for the first time. Entertainment-based team coaching or team building has been an integral part of the development programs of many successful companies for many years. We not only build on this basis, but also venture into completely new spheres. Escape rooms not only offer a lot of fun and excitement, but are also the optimal coaching situation for companies, groups and teams. With the Escape Room learning environment, we transform the biggest weakness of entertainment-based team coaching into an explicit strength. This results in a revolutionary new type of team coaching and you can now benefit from it too.

How we do it

Our team of versatile and experienced trainers, in combination with specially trained game masters, will closely accompany you in your development process. From the development of the event concept tailored to you, to the accompaniment in the escape room, to the analysis discussion and the debriefing: we are at your side. Our trainers and GMs accompany your team into the room and specifically observe areas of the group dynamics that you have selected. Not only classics such as communication, leadership or teamwork are possible here, but also areas such as resilience/frustration tolerance or problem-solving skills and much more. Not only do we cover all common analysis levels of team coaching, we also focus on your needs.

Who We are

In order to be able to offer you the best possible experience, the highest quality support and the most sustainable coaching, we have put together a true dream team. On one hand, our experienced exit-the-room gamemasters are at your disposal. Our game masters know the rooms they will play inside out and have already accompanied and looked after hundreds of groups on their escape adventures. We have always placed a great focus on customer satisfaction and actively ensure that your experience is unforgettable. But the dream team is not yet complete with one part. We managed to get the experienced team coach and well-known moderator Dennis Buchrieser on board as lead trainer for this project.

Our lead trainer will be at your side every step of the way, from the conception of the event, to the management and moderation of the event, to the debriefing. This means you always have full control over the event you have booked, or you can simply trust the expertise of our expert and have an event developed for you.

This mixture of our gamemasters' many years of escape room and customer management experience and the universal and in-depth expertise at the coaching level forms our basis for your satisfaction.

WE CHERISH EVERY MOMENT.

We can't get enough of brainteasers and solving them. That's why we always get very excited when we can create a new room and design more concepts. Watching things unfold and players taking on roles and expanding their talents is just great.
